Leadership & Alignment

CareHub is led by those who have lived the problem. At the center is Principal Founder David Lennard, a cancer survivor with deep operational experience in global supply chains. His 4% founder allocation (20,000,000 PULSE tokens) is held in a dedicated Founder Wallet and is subject to an 18-month cliff followed by a 12-month linear vesting schedule. This structure ensures long-term alignment through the planned 2028 public listing.

The leadership structure also includes 7 Core Co-Founders (1.5% each at $75,000 entry) and a Founding Council of 100 Advisory Founders. Together, this creates a value-proposition-aligned ownership base designed to protect CareHub’s Public Benefit Corporation status and prevent value-proposition drift as the platform scales.

Built from the Crucible

CareHub was forged in necessity. Developed by a founder fighting for his own survival, the platform directly addresses "Administrative Silence" — the dangerous gaps in care between medical visits. Using high-velocity development methods, we built a 114-language vitals tracking system that puts patients and caregivers in control of their data.

Unlike general health apps, CareHub focuses on high-acuity chronic conditions with continuous, structured tracking designed to close the 90-day memory gap between consultations.

Tribal Elders & Community Capital

We replace superficial social validation with earned respect. The Tribal Elder Program recognizes those who have successfully navigated serious illness. Elders receive Legacy NFTs and earn PULSE rewards for mentoring others, creating a sustainable internal economy of mutual support within Mutual Reliance Pods.

ProviderConnect

ProviderConnect™ – Closing the Memory Gap

ProviderConnect™ delivers continuous, high-frequency patient data directly to clinicians. By surfacing linked signals across vitals, symptoms, and mental health, we move from reactive 15-minute appointments to proactive care — reducing urgent visits and improving outcomes.

The Financial Operating Layer

CareHub turns patients into paid participants in their own care. Providers pay $25 per patient per month, with $10–$15 of that revenue returned directly to patients for consistent tracking. This creates high retention while building a non-inflationary, revenue-backed token economy.

Day Zero Global Rollout & Timeline

We are executing a compressed global launch strategy:

September 2026: Immediate global rollout of 114-language audit and vitals tracking across major chronic conditions
January-February 2027: PULSE Token ICO
Q1 2028: Planned IPO

This timeline positions CareHub to capture first-mover advantage in the $5.3 trillion chronic care market.

Data Monopoly & Revenue Streams

Our core advantage is a multilingual Real-World Evidence (RWE) dataset that general AI models cannot replicate. Pharmaceutical companies will license this proprietary longitudinal data for drug development and regulatory submissions, creating a high-margin revenue stream projected to reach $150M+ ARR by 2030.

Transparency & Governance

CareHub operates with verifiable on-chain integrity:

Fixed supply of 500,000,000 PULSE tokens minted on Solana
Founder’s 4% stake (20M tokens) moved to a dedicated Founder Wallet and locked with an 18-month cliff + 12-month linear vesting
All major token movements are publicly viewable on Solscan
51% value-proposition-aligned control maintained post-IPO to protect our Public Benefit Corporation mandate.
