The Founders – Proximity Authority
CareHub is governed by a multi-tiered leadership structure that prioritizes Proximity Authority—the insight gained by those who have personally navigated the systemic failures of modern healthcare. As a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation (PBC), majority control is designed to stay with mission-aligned holders—not extractive “whale-capture.”
At the center is Principal Founder David Lennard, a six-year cancer warrior with a background in global supply chains for ASX-listed corporations. His 4% stake (20,000,000 PULSE tokens) is subject to an 18-month cliff followed by 12-month linear vesting with monthly unlocks, locking leadership alignment through the 2028 public listing.
Founder structure
- Principal Founder: 4% (20,000,000 PULSE) — 18-month cliff, then 12-month linear vesting
- 7 Core Co-Founders: $75,000 each for 1.5% (7.5M tokens each)
- Founding Council (100): $1,000 each for a collective 0.5% stake
This global voting block—patients, caregivers, and clinicians—acts as Mission-Drift Insurance. Combined with a legal 49% IPO ceiling (51% remaining with the mission-aligned Tribe), the structure protects PBC purpose as the platform scales. On-chain mint, wallets, and transfer proofs are published in Chapter 8: Ledger.
